We created a delicious half-and-half blend by combining our organic, Fair Trade Ethiopian Sidamo coffee with its organic, water-processed decaf counterpart.

The result is a light and fruity half-caf with just the right amount of caffeine to enjoy any time of day. Because the decaf component is water-processed, you can rest assured that no chemicals were used to remove the caffeine.

Both the caffeinated and decaffeinated Sidamo coffees in our half-caf blend were grown on organic co-ops in Ethiopia. Purchasing these organic coffees provides farmers with vital premiums that directly improve their quality of life. • Ingredients: Organic 100% Arabica coffee. Certified Orthodox Union (OU) Kosher. Available whole bean or pre-ground. Approved for use in standard drip coffee makers as well as espresso machines, automatics, pour overs, Aeropress, French press, moka pot, and percolators.
• For best taste in counter top coffee makers, we recommend starting with 1-2 tbsp (5-10g) of ground coffee per 6 fl oz (180ml) of cold filtered water and adjusting to your taste. Keep your fresh roasted coffee at its freshest by storing in its zip-seal bag or an airtight container in a cool, dark, dry place.
