This is fabulous! Everyone knows that the Bunn glass carafe is OK for the office where coffee is used within the hour. But when coffee sits in the glass carafe on the warmer for over an hour or into the evening, the coffee becomes burned and awful…This insulated carafe replaces the glass and the warmer can be switched off after brewing. Coffee in this stainless insulated carafe stays perfect and hot for as long as 10-12 hours… for home use it’s ideal. If you have a Bunn setup for an office, this is ideal to add to the glass carafes for longer holding times. Love it!

Works very well. Keeps my coffee hot for hours. Can confirm works with a Bunn VP-17 coffee maker. The picture doesn't show but the bottom of the carafe but it has a smaller rim on the bottom thats fits perfectly on the Bunn VP-17 hot plate.

On the weekend my wife and I like to drink our coffee throughout the morning and were getting tired of microwaving coffee and ruining the taste. (I roast my own beans and is awful to ruin the taste of such good, fresh coffee with the microwave.)

It keeps coffee piping hot for at least 3-4 hours and continues to keep it very warm for hours afterwards. I made coffee at 7 AM last Saturday and at 6 PM the last bit was still warm.

This works perfectly as stated by others for the VP17. It has a projection in the base that fits the dimple of the warming plate perfectly, so it's nicely centered for brewing.

I used to use a thermal carafe typical of diners, warm the carafe, brew the coffee, dump the coffee...the carafe worked fine until the spout broke on it and the thumb trigger for the pourer was always annoying to depress fully and gave a dribble of a pour. I found this one while browsing and it's just an easier solution.

This carafe pours nice and smooth, no annoying thumb tab and pours at a nice pace. When pre-warmed, it keeps the coffee drinkably warm for 6 hours and good and hot for about 3 if you really want your coffee hot. The coffee of course tastes a lot better when not left on a hot burner.

Used

Purchased at a restaurant auction. There are dents, dings, scratches and other signs of usage as shown in the last photos, but overall this item is in GOOD cosmetic condition. Dirty needs to be cleaned.

Any warranty (if offered) is only good in the U.S.

All electrical items sold are manufactured for U.S. current/voltage. Plugging a U.S. item into a foreign country's voltage may cause the item to short out. You are responsible to ensure the item(s) you purchase can be safely used in your country.

Items shipped from the warehouse are ordered immediately. It may not be possible to cancel your purchase after 60 minutes. 

If an item has shipping damage when it's delivered and you happen to catch the delivery driver simply refuse to accept it. If you don't see the driver it's no problem as all my items come with FULL insurance. I will dispute any accusation that I intentionally shipped a damaged without listing such damage in the description. You will be able to get reimbursed immediately for shipping damage if you; 

• A) agree to send at least 2 photos - 1 of the box the item shipped in and 1 of the damaged item, 
• B) agree to hold the item in case the carrier wants to pick it up for inspection, 
• C) agree to provide any information the carrier requests of you.

I can not reimburse you without the photos. The sooner you send the pictures, the sooner I can file the claim. Insurance may take 2-3 weeks to be paid out.
